Noble Ingredients- Chocolat Michel Cluizel was a success at. . .
At this year's Summer Fancy Food Show, we were delighted to present our
new products for the 2010-2011 year. Our new salted butter caramel 70g bar
received great ratings as well as our new line of mints. Also, this year
we had the pleasure to have Marc Cluizel, Michel Cluizel's son, at the show and boutique.
We presented all of our coffee truffles such as cappuccinos, colombien,
and other selections of our candies that pair well with coffee.

For the first event, we accommodated at the 5th Avenue store, Maricel E. Presilla;
Latin Cultures & Cuisine Expert. The night was accented with impeccable Spanish wines
from Classical & Bonafide, while Maricel spoke on her tasting stories
and signed copies of her lastest book, "The New Taste of Chocolate."
