Michel Cluizel-Noble Ingredients take Chefs Abroad to Discover the "Los Ancones" Experience
This past May, Michel Cluizel-Noble Ingredients selected 10 pastry chefs to take a trip to the home
of the 1st ORGANIC Bar (from Michel Cluizel): the Los Ancones Plantation in the Dominician Republic!
During their four-day stay, they saw the beautiful plantation's grounds as well as competed in a contest!
The surprise competition brought out the best in the chefs as they created some amazing
desserts, with short notice and limited equipment! Once you've seen the cocoa transformation,
you gain a newfound love for the "Los Ancones" chocolate from Michel Cluizel's Single Estate Collection.

For the first event, we accommodated at the 5th Avenue store, Maricel E. Presilla;
Latin Cultures & Cuisine Expert. The night was accented with impeccable Spanish wines
from Classical & Bonafide, while Maricel spoke on her tasting stories
and signed copies of her lastest book, "The New Taste of Chocolate."
