to you the new Collection of finished products. For this 2010 Collection,
all hollow and filled moulds are made with a shiny chocolate. Chocolaterie Michel Cluizel never
uses any vegetable fat or soy lecithin. Chocolate Bonbons are guaranteed aromas-free
and are exclusively made with fruit pulp, crushed coffee, caramelized sugar,
and bourbon vanilla pods. Most of our coated chocolates are hand-decorated.
